Biography
Dr. Elkins received his M.D. degree from Jefferson Medical University in Philadelphia. He served an internship and residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York. He was a Medical Officer with the US Public Health Service and then completed his residency at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital in Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Elkins is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the staff at Moses cone Hospital and in Active Practice in General Orthopedics and Independent Medical Evaluations.
Dr. Elkins has completed over 12, 000
Independent Medical Evaluations in the past 25 years. He strives to make each exam absolutely impartial, honest, clear and concise.
